AOR offers medication management review services. Clients include insurance and legal groups who require consulting in complex medication management, including internal medicine, psychiatric, and chronic pain related treatments. We are conversant in all state guidelines (including workers’ compensation and State and Federal scheduled drug/ opioid related recommendations). Our services also include evaluations for settlement evaluations for both personal injury and Medicare Set Aside cases.
AOR provides medical peer review services to assist its clients manage occupational injury and long-term disability claims. Our expert clinical team provide retrospective peer reviews and medical necessity evaluations.
Services range from utilization review to peer-review reports. An in-depth concurrent peer review services can include a peer-to-peer discussion with treating clinicians if required, as well as evaluation for follow-up treatment. Expert witness services are available.
We offer a variety of educational programming used to educate physicians, nurse practitioners, adjusters and other health professionals on occupational disability guidelines and chronic pain practice protocols. AORs educational activities include live lectures, printed materials, and internet education modules in the following areas:

AOR offers a number of risk management services that can be tailored to your organizations needs. We focus in developing risk screening tools and assessment reports with goal of helping our clients identify predictors used to improve the treatment, management, and cost-containment of occupational injury claims. Our services include identifying appropriate evidence-based treatments, curtailing those identified not medically necessary or reasonable, with an emphasis on medication management
